PSE 6.0 for $49.99 ... at Costco!

Just thought I'd share a quick note ... for anyone who's a Costco member! I just went through my coupon pack from them (normally I just file in into my File 13 bin but in a moment of weakness I decided to browse through it).

They have a coupon for $30.00 OFF. Their regular list price is $79.99.

Coupon says it's also available on www.costco.com ... I'm not sure how one uses the coupon there. Sadly I already bought my PSE6 last fall...drat! Think of the kits I coulda' bought with that $$$:doh:

Thought maybe there would be a few who hadn't upgraded yet and could benefit from this deal!

We're not members because the store is about 40 minutes away and I don't think we'd go often enough to make it worth while, but my uncle is a member. Wonder if he kept his coupon pack.

Is it worth upgrading from 5 to 6?

I don't normally get into the What's New in a software, so I'd say 5 is as good as 6. I'm not a fan of upgrading every verstion, although this is a really good price. Also, I think non-members can still shop their web site and have things shipped, you might check that. I know I can use their photo service and have them mailed to me.

Christina...I'm kinda with Emma on the 'not upgrading everytime' ... but I did this time and I'm glad I did. For my 'other' software I pretty much wait until I am upgrading my computer ... because I can accomplish the mundane work:D with or without upgrading every two years ... but HEY...PSE is the heart&soul of my CREATIVE LIFE...NOT something I want to sacrifice!! :cool: (A girl's got to have some boundaries! ... my DH does spoil me ... might as well admit it!)

If your uncle doesn't have his coupon...you can use mine if you want. It expires Jan 27 though so let me know...I'll drop it in the mail.
