Yes, use any of the Blingle Bells products (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&keyword=blingle+bells&search_in_description=1&categories_id=&inc_subcat=1&manufacturers_id=15&pfrom=&pto=&dfrom=&dto=&x=25&y=2) for a non-Christmassy layout, all three are pretty kits - leave out the holly and the ornaments and you have great colours to work with, use one or mix and match.
