Challenge 1-21 to 2-4

The challenge for the next two weeks is to use the I Do Wedding Album 1 (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7445). To qualify for the posting bonus, you must use at least 3 pages of the album. You do not have to scrap a wedding, however, as this album is versatile enough to use for other types of photos! So feel free to scrap whatever event or group of photos you wish. :)

I noticed that Meg posted some page calls for magazines that are for mini albums, if you're doing this challenge, you may want to think about submitting your layouts for publishing!!! Here are the links if you want to check them out and see if they'll work for your layouts...

I took some poetic license and did some recoloring . . . . did not use wedding pictures, but a series of pictures that I have of my granddaughter.

The third in a series of three. I spent hours playing with this one, adding various elements and taking them away . . . . decided it stook well on its own. Also did some recolouring. Found it difficult to get all three pages the same colour . . . really struggled with that and didin't win the battle.

I do like how the single picture flowed into the two frames just perfectly.

I also did some recoloring on this ... now it all matches our wedding colors! My husband and I have been married 27 years and this is the first time I've seen something that would fit. Thank you, Becky!!! I do my pages in an 8x10 format so I had to do some resizing, but I think it will work well for the album ...

Here are my pages. I ended up doing 7 pages of a Christmas Party we had with the Family. I hope you do not mind but I changed the tones to green to match the Christmas theme.
