transferring tags from PSE to ACDSee

I used the tuorial to switch my tags from PSE to ACDSee but I can't figure out why my favorites (star ratings) won't transfer. I spent alot of time rating my fave and I use that alot so I need to figure out how to transfer it. Can anyone help me?
