I got a new computer and of course it has Vista on it. Is PSP X compatible with the patches. Anyone having any issues?

I would like to know about this too, I will be needing a new computer this year and do not want to give up my PSP program.

I use both PSE 5.0 and PSP XI with no trouble. For some reason Virtual Photographer will not work for me in PSP XI while running Vista, however I know others have had success. The VP issue is the only one I've really had running PSP on Vista.

Sounds like PSP X is a keeper then. Thanks again!

PSP XI IS NOT COMPATIBLE with Vista. At least, not for me. I've had nothing but trouble with it. The patch does not fix it either, which is very frustrating. I can't find help anywhere with it either, which is also very frustrating. It takes probably 10 minutes to load up... takes forever 'updating cache settings.' Then its sooo slow to run. I've searched everywhere for a fix, but nothing works. Not even the Corel site has any help. Their 'fix' is only temporary and doesnt work anyway.

...That is odd...(and I'm sure, totally (!) frustrating!)... I have a Sony laptop and just got a new Dell desktop. Both have Vista.
PSPX worked fine on my laptop. Not on on the Dell {I wasn't able to save anything - I had an "invalid file" error - called Corel and Dell and they didn't know what the fix would be} - so I installed XI on the Dell and it works perfectly. Unfortunately X and XI do not play well together because I'm not able to open anything up from X using XI on the desktop. I installed XI on both systems and things are working fine.

Did you by chance uninstall X and re-install it? I believe there is something to use to get all of the files off of your system before re-installing ... don't recall what it was though (sorry!) ...
