that you can move a selection from your active document to another?? I was so please to find this yesterday - just remember like moving any selection you must have one of the selection tools, not the move tool.

oh, yes, great tip! I used to do this a lot before I discovered I could crop things all the same size with the Front Image button. I'd drag selections around and crop, then resize, was a pain. BUT now that I know how to do it, I found so many other cool ways to use it.

To move a selection choose a selection tool, and make sure the New Selection icon is chosen in the Options Bar; position the cursor inside the selection, clcik and drag to move it
