Drop Caps in Photoshop?

I'm doing these very manually (use CS) - I'm sure there is a "proper" way but can't find it - can anyone help? Thanks!

drop capital letter at the beginning of a paragraph - easy to do in Word, but can't find n option in Photoshop - thanks!

I doesn't seem to be programmed into PS CS actually. I know what you're talking about but text format is so very limited in PS really that I wouldn;t expect it to have such a thing. Anyone else have any info on this?
