Help with resizing in PSP

I'm a PSE user but cropping with a friend new to digi today and I can't even figure out how to resize a photo in her layout - can anyone help. With PSE I'd use my move tool and just grab the corner and move it in or out - is there an equivalent option, all we have found is to resize the photo before we drag it into the layout but then that isn't very flexible so I am sure there is another option :o

it's called the Deform Tool in PSP, looks like 4 corners with crosshairs, keyboard shortcut D -- that'll give you all the nodes for altering size.

Version X forward called it a "Pick" tool, and the keyboard shortcut is k. There were a couple other changes to it's use at this time, corners automatically kept the image proportional, instead of having to hold down another key when you did it like in previous versions.

But the help should get you through any of them, as long as you know what to call it in which version. :)
