I am not familiar with ACDSee - how does it compare to PSP?

Hi Jill, I am not a PSP user. I have used PSE 2, 3 plus PS CS2 in addition to Photo Editor.
PE 2008 is by far the easiest of the bunch.

I really liked using Photo Editor 4, but it had some quirks to it that sometimes made things more difficult- like using psd templates. But the changes ACDSee has made make this program run perfectly for scrapbookers. It is so easy to use!
If you are looking at some new scrapping software- you have to give this one a shot.
