If youve phoned both Corel and Adobe and cant get help from them I dont quite know how to help you. Your serial numbers are on the CDs you purchased.

The problem there is that I didn't order the cd's I did the trial and then upgraded to the full version. Do you know anyone that could help?
Thank you for your response.

Well customer service for each of the companies should have a record of your purchase- With Adobe I know you have to create an account and they keep really good records so I would just persevere with phoning them. I dont think anyone else could help you.

Adobe's help service is amazing - when I had problems with PSE5 they went over and above what I expected them to do

If you purchased CS3 through Adobe and downloaded it from them as it sounds like you did, there should be no problem as they would have the records of your purchase and download. Your name/address/credit card info....would've been needed.
If you registered your products, it would also show you registered them.
My records are all viewable on-line when I created the account to purchase the products. My Elements/CS2/CS 3 (I think Bridge even) records....are all there on-line for me to view even.
Do you recall your Adobe ID and password to sign back into that? Even if you forgot your password you should be able to reset and sign back in there and look it all up.
It sounds like you didn't loose your computer when you moved....so are you saying you deleted the programs off of your computer also or they are on your computer but you deactivated it?
I'd get back on-line to Adobe and if that doesn't pan out, I'd call again. They are usually very helpful. Maybe you caught someone having a bad day.
