I keep all my LO's in page protectors in a loose leaf binder, works well but it is hardy beautiful. I keep meaning to make a cover - anyone with any bright ideas - what do you do with your's?

Hope this is what you were looking for :D

1. Cut a piece of batting to fit on the front or all the way around your folder and glue it down with a glue gun.

2. Cover the entire folder with a large piece of material. Fold edges around and glue on the inside of the folder.

3. Slide a strip of the same material underneath the metal rings and glue down the edges.

4. Using the two large pieces of material, cover two pieces of poster board.

5. If you'd like a tie on your binder cut one from the materials scraps. Then glue the endo fhte a tie onto each side of your folder.

6. Flue covered pieces of posterboard onto each side of the side of your folder.

7. Decorate the front whatever way you like.

Great idea Amanda! The covers make them look so much more personal!

I use the d-ring customizer binders. The covers and spine have clear pockets on the outside so you can insert your own computer scrapped cover. Here's a picture of what mine looks like right now. It's nothing special, but it'll give you an idea:)

i'd like to get the clear cover kind i think. i had dh make me some covers on the scroll saw! we even sold quite a few on ebay. it's just a thin sheet of wood, well paneling. and we made little clips to clip onto the cover of a $2 binder! :D
