So, I guess I could do the classes & just take notes? Are there handouts? I would need a laptop for the cropping party, right??

Also, where is it gonna be? I tried to find the location on the website but couldn't... or is it that my kids have killed too many of my brain cells & I'm really losing it!! :help:

The classes are not meant to be done with laptops. You watch, there are handouts, you get a CD to take home with you and do exactly what we did in class.
Yes, you would need a laptop for the crop.

It's at the Arlington Convention center by the ballpark.

I'm signing up for the friday classes, my hubby just gave me the go-ahead since he'll be keeping our boys :lol: I'm getting PSE6 for Mother's Day which I know it'll be a lot different than my poor little old PSE3 so these classes are coming at a great time!!

I'm hoping to come to the crop if I can get a sitter for the evening.
Also, any chance of doing another class that goes beyond the first one?

Hi Amanda!

I will see you at your Friday night crop. I didn't get to do the digi crops last year, but have signed up for the Friday night one this year. I took your 101 class last year, so was hoping there would be a more intermediate one this year. Maybe next year? I checked on the Photo Manipulation class but I have learned how to do all of that since my first workshop with you last year. I can't wait until the crop! I will have lots of questions for you then.

I am looking forward to seeing you again. You started this whole ball rolling and now I almost exclusively do digi scrapping.

I have a couple of questions regarding the crop. I have not been to a digi crop before and I of course want to bring my laptop. Do you bring the external hard drive where you have all of your pics and kits or do you dump some things off onto a thumb drive or disk?

We haven't developed more advanced classes - we figure you can take them here :) The classes are more to get people interested and joining us here at DSP. We'll think about it for next year. What kind of advanced classes would you like to see?

You can bring your external or dump - up to you :)

I think I'd like a class that had more of PSE and scrapbooking. More of going through the tools and showing them being used on a LO. There is so much there and I think I would learn better seeing it in person rather than reading the instructions. Maybe some more Q&A time- I'd be willing to pay for some in person instruction like you get at conventions, crops, etc.

I took your class at the Scrapbook Place at least a year ago and asked you if you would be teaching any classes in the Grapevine/Colleyville area, since the Scrapbook Place has closed down. You told me that you weren't. I was so happy to see that you will be at the Scrapbook convention in Arlington, but I am upset that I just found out about this today. Registration is closed now for the classes. Is there any room in your digital scrapbooking class? Is there a way that we can sign up?

I am going to the crop on Saturday night, and I am almost certain that there's room in there! Those classes filled up FAST, by the time I got the email they were already full!

I may be able to come help teach a class Sat afternoon too, for those of you going to a class. But the crop is the most FUN!!! See you tomorrow!
