Yippie!!! I sure some of you can make it. If you need restaurant/hotel information I will start compiling that soon.

I will also bring my color laser printer so if you want to print 8x8 layouts you can. I'll have to charge $1 per print to cover the cost of toner. But it will be available.

Also be sure to buy some photo book covers (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=165_34&products_id=4936) from the store. I will have my PhotoBook Creator (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=165_34&products_id=4935) machine there so you can bind up your photobooks right on the spot!!!

Lunch will be bring your own or there are many restaurants in the local area.

Directions to Sweetwater Chapel, Lawrenceville GA

DIRECTIONS: From the Pleasant Hill Road exit (104) on I-85 North, turn South (towards Lilburn) and drive a little over two miles to the intersection with Cruse Road, which will come in from the left. There is a Racetrac Gas Station and Waffle House at this intersection. Get in the left turn lane and make a U-turn back towards Waffle House (which will now be on your right). Go about 100 yards beyond Waffle House to Sweetwater Chapel. You will see the chapel on your right.

Is this still on? And Lawrenceville is close to Atlanta?
If so, this is looking like a definite possibility. I'm about a 5-hour drive from Atlanta, but school's over by mid-May, so I could take myself a little road trip. Hotels conveniently close to the crop site?
(I'm just full of questions, eh?)

YES YES, Yippie, and Yes.

Yes we're definitely doing this even if I'm the only one LOL.
Lawrenceville, is Northeast of downtown Atlanta about 30-40 minutes.
Hotels are pretty darn close. Most are right of the interstate and their are some nice ones I;ll get you a list

Hey I'm actually OFF work that weekend! How did THAT happen? I wrote it on my calendar! I won't be there in the morning but should be able to make it there after noon.

Liz tell us the zip code of that church and participants can use expedia and others to find a hotel/motel in various price ranges.

I'm new here and new to digiscrapping (like as of yesterday new!) but I live right by Mall of Georgia so I'm thinking of coming! I think it would be a great way to learn and get some things done!

So it sounds like this is a go! I herniated a couple of lumbar discs 9 days ago, but if I can, my BFF IRL (peepsmama) and I hope to join y'all. She's in Loganville and I'm in Lawrenceville (30045) so it's not too far at all.

This is exciting! Other than Lynn (peepsmama,) I've never met another real live digiscrapper! Sounds silly when I type it, but it's true! As much as the internet connects us, there's still this invisible wall -sometimes separated by half a world - and it'll be nice to shake a few hands and put voices with screen names.

Hope to see you there!!

Well I certainly had fun!!! We agreed it needed to be longer :) and I'm still not finished with my 2 layouts but I'm excited to have met such WONDERFUL DSPers!!!!

Of course they were as nice as pie I met TracyMHunt, Smulley, Barbie & Z

Thanks so much to DSP for providing some awesome CDs for prizes!!

And Z, for giving so generously a plopper, kit, and template for all of us.

Can't wait to see you at the next one, and I hope those who couldn't make it this time are able to next time!!!
