I had alot of trouble with making the lines. I still don't know how I did it.

Pat, I haven't played around with PSP yet (still wanting to focus a bit on PS), but I know that with most graphical programs if you hold the shift key down while you are drawing a line it will keep the line straight.

How do I change the transparency as stated in Lesson 2? Is it just for the photo or is it photo and background. TYSM for any Help

IN the Layers Palette, next to the 100%, slide the slider down to reduce opacity of all the layer contents. So if there's a photo on that layer, it'll be less opaque
