So DSP is upgrading the chat room for our big birthday bash and i went there this morning to see if it was up and working yet. I couldn't get in so I decided to go ahead and cancel the chat for this evening.
We WILL MEET again NEXT WEEK!!!
BUT.....
I will be having a chat on SATURDAY at NOON est time. This is a tutorial chat so I HOPE you all can make it!!!

I just finished watching last week's tutorial for the third or fourth time, and I learned a lot.

I do have a question for you ... when selecting the eraser, and then the brush to use, you tell us to reset our brushes. Is that just to make sure that we all have the default brushes in our palette, and specifically the chalk brush you suggest using? Or is there some other purpose?

Well POOH and double POOH!!! I just went out to watch the video another time if I could but it's gone and now the chat's canceled. DOUBLE POOH! Oh well I'll be there with bells on on Saturday. :) -c-

Ditto! Was really looking forward to this chat, as always. Must be some kind of fantastic chat room for all of us, coffee bar, overstuffed chairs. Missed not having the chat today, but will be there on Saturday. Thanks Lisa

I did notice that the conversation is in much smaller print now. Even though I put it on largest it's still small.

Lisa...are most of your chats tutorial chats? I don't get to participate in many chats but a tutorial chat might actually make it into my planner!

I was in the chat on saturday and I did the tutorial, it's wonderful!!!!
Normally I work with PspX2 because I don't know what to do with my Photoshop CS3.
But I finally figured it out, thanks to your great tutorial, thank you!!!

Here's my finished layout with the template:
