Aaah, i'm glad it's monday -- do you hear that often? LOL!
My weekend was so busy, it was alexander's christening, so we were busy busy busy with family events. It was a group baby christening for dh's family, his cousin's little guy who is 5 weeks older than alex was also christened, as well as dh's cousin's wife's neice's baby (like a soap opera isn't it?).
We booked the church bsmt afterwards, had closet to 70 people show up, then it was off to mil's for bbq and didn't get home until 10:30 last night. Alex was of course out of sorts by the time we got home. Both boys did so well yesterday, mostly behaving (nick) and smiling all day long and giggling (alex). Alex even giggled when the priest more than fervently doused him with holy water and THREW him in the air (got a picture of that!). The picture is quite amusing, my hands are out there -- was just a mom's reaction I guess! lol. We didn't know he was going to throw the baby's!
We were the first couple/baby for each segment of the baptism, so it was a shock! lol. The other 4 couples/babies were prepared for it, well, not the babies, they all SCREAMED, except little giggle-puss!
I'm glad to be back here, looks like everyone was busy playing this weekend, hope I find time to get caught up, I've just got too many irons in the fire this week!
Hugs!
Stace.
