Our feature for this week is the new DSP Eight Belles Font! Grab it and complete your layout before Sunday, 11 May, 2008 at Midnight EST, and you'll receive the handy dandy bonus! :) :) I think this is a super cool font - you can mix and match the upper and lower case letters to get a very awesome variety of looks! Try shaking things up when you're titling or journaling!

Ooooohhhh! You named it after Eight Belles! She ran her heart out! I am so sad about her. (But not sad enough not to collect my winnings, although I felt bad about doing it! That was hard!)

Oh how sweet is that to name your new font after that gorgeous filly. What a tragic ending to a beautiful run.

Here is mine for this week. Reworked from Virtual Tour Around the World . . . . used exclusively Suzie's products and so many of them, that I thought it only fitting to display it in this gallery:

I'm going to cry because you named a font for Eight Belles. We're in KY and watch the Derby every year. This was the first year that DD watched, too. (She just turned five.) Naturally, she and I were both rooting for the filly. As soon as we saw that Eight Belles had gone down, we distracted DD and got her out of the room. So sad! Thanks for this nod to all the wonderful ladies who run their little hearts out trying to keep up with the boys.

OH!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOO GLAD that you got her out of the room - that was HORRIBLE!!! I was so sad... And though I'm not a betting gal, I was soooooooooo rooting for the girl among the good ole boys, you know? Such a sad, tragic thing. I hate even thinking of it..........
