maybe a kid figure to go with the female one (like the ones you see on signs), or even a baby buggy/pram?

A ribbon element in the same hot pink color as the female figure. Also... maybe some sort of circular frame or a frame grouping of different sized circles to match up with the circular elements in the kit.

Well I'm torn on this one. I was thinking of a white twill riboon with tiny polka dots in pink or dark green Different patterned circles with holes in the center that are strung on a 12" bead chain, pink and green polka dot paper......

Oh I really like this Lisa!!! Here are my ideas: some shabby stitches, maybe zig zags; a circular wordart - perhaps something along the lines of "live life genuinely and the reward is sweet"
