"Stamped" looking fonts are also known as "grunge" or "distressed" in the font world. Here are a few great links. You may have to look through some really ugly fonts to find the GREAT stamped fonts included in these collections.

boy am I glad you posted that link for grunge fonts Jenna!!
I have had a question about that place for awhile now and can't
seem to find the answer. On page 7 I am trying to download the
ticketcapital font. when I press start for the download it says I
need a unsername and password. have any idea how I get that???????
