Christmas in July is so much fun. I can't wait even if I won't be able to attend all of it. I'm getting my store wish list updated with all those wonderful products I saw at the Scrappy awards ready for the CIJ sales.

ohhhh boy, do i need a cooling off and some fresh snow....well, i like fresh snow in my iced tea glass. i love CIJ and those around me know to just leave me alone and let me scrap. otherwise, santa will see the real me, and then, no more mr nice guy, santa.......i dont think santa is too nice to start with but not interested in making him mad this early in the game. even tho i think he is wierd and his mother dresses him funny.

this weekend i went thru boxes of Christmas ornaments...and, found the box of Christmas cookies i put there so i will have lots to eat for CIJ. first, i tried to dust off the dust on the cookies, then, i tried to wash off the dust.....then, i just said...oh heck with it....i dunked them in my coffee and ate them all. now, drats...no cookies for CIJ....hmmmmmmm, where is my mastercard, i have to go shopping. any old christmas cookies left at walmart?...... i must get busy.......well, if you eat chocolate wrapped in just plain old wrappers....and not in Christmas foils....is it okay....will santa know i dont have Christmas breath......i just have plain old chocolate breath.....will he hold it against me.....see why i dont like santa...he is so hard to please.

i will try to go easy on santa sandy....but, you know its really early for me to try to be good. its six months until Christmas for those boring folk who dont digi scrap...and really, all the way until the 20th of the month to try and be good is just plain mean of santa. i will try to be good at the chats. thats it tho. as long as i win lots of prizes and get lots of freebs and good discounts at the sale, i can fake it as good as the next guy i guess.

Ok, can someone explain pass the pixel to me? I think it's kinda like Lauren's Gimme a Clue challenge, in that we all suggest what we'd like to see in the kit as it evolves, and each designer takes a turn making something for it. Do I have it? And then the kit is available in the store?

Raphne - You have it perfectly! Each designer makes a piece or 2 of the kit, and it usually ends up being a fairly large kit. I don't know how it will work this year, but typically the PTP kits are given as a freebie at the end of CIJ week. This might be done via a password that you get at one of the chats. (usually the finale chat). OR....I think last year, the kit link was available in the Forum for a day or 2 so that gals who live in other parts of the world...and unable to attend the chat were able to grab it too. After it's given as a freebie, it will be available in the store.

NOTE - I am only assuming that it will work similar to this, but I can't guarantee that it will be given as a freebie this year....just saying how it's been handled in the past.
