Advice Needed on Books to Buy

I have a Barnes & Noble gift card that needs spending!!! :) Who has some good scrapping book recommendations? I've started getting into making my own elements and things with SNL and I'd love a book on that (if they exist). I've also been working on my photography with my advanced point and shoot (and I could REALLY use some help there :lol:). So, suggestions for either subject would be great!!!

I have a couple of Scott Kelby books and find them really, really helpful .. he has different books for different programs, and also photography :) There are bunches of them.

I really like "The Non-Designer's Design Book" by Robin Williams. Hands-on and an easy read....HTH!
