CIJ Trash To Treasure

Here is how this one works -
I challenge you to use pictures that you would normally trash - not necessarily heritage photos, just those that you passed by because you were looking for a certain color outfit, pose, etc. You might have missed one of those priceless looks! Go back through your older shots and make pages from them.

Post your pages in the CIJ gallery with a link back to this forum. And we will have a random draw for a page kit at the end of the week - SO - the more pages you post, the better chance you will have to win!

The winner will be announced in a Trash To Trasure chat with missaboo and myself at 2 on Sat. We'll also be giving away a chat freebie just for showing up!

I've had these photos that I just love, of me and my sister with our dad. They are poor quality though. So this challenge gave me the oomph I needed to put them in a layout.

There are always so many shots that never get used. Here's just one LO from my DD's birthday that never got scrapped because I wasn't happy with the way they turned out. I'm happy with the LO though so maybe I'll go back and do more.

I found this photo while scanning through my photos. Why in the world I never scrapbooked it is beyond me?! I used it for my Avatar for CIJ but wanted to do a scrapbook page of it too. This one was a hidden treasure!

Here's mine too!

I've always loved this pix of my two girls, but it was blurry and the youngest had her eyes closed. I played with some VP filters on it, and added some canvas texture to it to compensate for some of that. Didn't turn out to bad, except the compression here doesn't do much for it, LOL!
