Cookies for Santa

OOHHHHHH you guys....what is Christmas without all those yummy ummy Christmas cookies???? The ones with sprinkles and icing, nuts and cherries, chocolate and almond.....they make those holiday pounds that we all gain SO worth it!!! Right????

Here is the challenge:
1. Run as fast as you can into your kitchen to get your favorite or most interesting Christmas cookie recipe (the running burns off the calories that we will gain when we eat the cookies!)
2. Create a "recipe" layout (grab your FREE recipe cards here! (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=271522)) I will be posting some cards for you to add your recipes too!!!! We will call it a recipe plopper and I will be back with that later today!!!
3. Post to the CIJ gallery and put a link in this thread by midnight eastern on this Sat (the 26th)

A random winner (or two or three) will be chosen and can pick any page kit or item from my store! :love2:

Am I first??? I bent the rules a little...I don't bake cookies unless they are from a premade batter that you break and bake. My mother in law takes care of all Christmas cookies... So, I have submitted my "special" recipe for all holidays (and plain old tough nights that require chocolate).

Just had to add my favorite recipe. But I have to be honest: DH won't use it so the pics were taken while using one of those bagged batters that you just add the wet ingredients to. (hehe) Also, if anyone is interested, I always add things like M&M's and Caramel chips to mine.
