Folded Christmas Card Challenge with Sands

To make a FOLDED Christmas Card :

1. Make your canvas either 6x8 or 8x6 depending on whether you want the fold on the side or on the top.

2. Decorate the outside of your card, but remember to decorate a bit on the back too. Its not nice to have a completely blank back. You could even use an element which overlaps the fold and cut it out so it becomes a pop out. I normally print my outsides on photographic paper.

3. Decorate a similar inner, which you will print on paper and cut out and paste with glue on the inside of your "outside".

"Rules"

1. It must be a folded card.
2. It must be in the CIJ GALLERY (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=6098) by Midnight DSP Time 30th July 2008. Please put the word "card" in your title so that I know it belongs to my challenge.
3. You can choose the use the chat freebie on your card or not.
4. Enter either the "Funky 'n Fun" or "Traditional" categories and tell me which category you are entering.



The posted cards will be judged in 3 categories.

1. Funky 'n Fun
2. Traditional
3. Most likely to be mailed


I will set up a poll for each category so that you can all vote for your favourite. The 10 (if there are that many) LO's to be selected for the "Most likely to be mailed" category will be chosen by myself and another independent person.


The winners of each Category will each get a Page Kit of their choice from Elizabeth Weaver, isn't that exciting??? Thanks Z!!!

Just a note, I usually print my cards on Epson Presentation Paper, it is double sided and gives a nice matte finish.
