And, the funny thing is PQ is only 29 years old.. and, wow her 3rd grand baby.. ... I'm not sure if the father (of this grandbaby) is the oldest child of her 5 children..But even so...
Math was not my best subject.. but..hmm,
Well, I guess if she was 14 when she had her first baby.. and then..
no, I can't quite get do the math..
oh, maybe it's that "new Math"...:rofl::rofl:

LOL, Debi! There does come a time when that "29th Birthday" just doesn't work anymore.
BTW, Chris... Thanks for that little tidbit of info about Azithromycin. As a former Med Tech, I found that very interesting. I've always wondered why it worked differently and quicker.

Well, I have read the last few pages! Not gonna have a lot of time today with all the running around I'll be doing. Drs appointments and such! Yech!
Scrapper09! Prayers for you girl and for your family!
Rene - how did I miss that our birthdays are in the same month! I think I'm losing my mind.
Chris - good luck on the shoot. I've no idea what you should charge, but your gonna have your hands full that's for sure. You should have seen me trying to get Kristie, her DH and the 3 dogs (forget the cat, I think Pixel last all of 10 seconds with the dogs in the room). Oh, and congrats on collecting all these chatters!

Gee, not much gab since I left this morning!
Well, the kiddos Dr visit went pretty well. You would think they killed her when they gave her the shots (should have let them do all 4, but since we don't need them for school.....). The big thing is I would like to ask for all the positive thoughts/prayers you can give. As some of you already know, my now 4 year old daughter is still not potty trained. I've tried everything (except PQ's big fancy gift idea) and nothing is working on the bladder control issue. So after several unique tests for muscle strength and coordination this morning the Dr. decided we need a renal/bladder ultrasound. I'm still praying this is just an emotional/psychological thing, but I need to make absolutely sure that there is no physical reason for this before I torture the poor child with an untouchable present. So - pray with me that the tests come back normal and I can bring out my mean side and leave a gift in sight, but out of reach (I know for this girl that it will be truly torture not to get her hands on it!)

Well, since I don't know when the test will be run yet..... DH is trying to get the appointment taken care of so that he can stay with the boys while I take her for the test. If we can get a slot next Monday, he has a holiday and it won't interfere with work hours. I'm thinking it will be at least 2 weeks before we know anything for sure.

Check your siggie. The last thing in your sig should be [/img] after the url for the last image with no extra line feeds.

Well, it doesn't seem to be growing, but it is pretty big. I would think it has to do with extra returns in the code. Try going to edit signature and using the arrow key to go down as far as it will let you and then backspace until you are right behind the last image.

Want to hear a funny story? Are you sure? Cause there is some TMI involved! But if I can't tell the GG's who can I tell?
I'm going to go 007 for the more sensitive among us :) (it involves pee, nothing else)
>> So I'm heading for the potty and on my way out of the living room I switch on the tv (our brand new plasma is really slow to come on. Go figure!) I'm in the bathroom doing my thing (everyone else is in bed, it's late) and I hear a man's voice. The voice scares me to death and I jump up and am doing a little dance in a circle cause I don't know where to run with my pants around my ankles. Then I realize that there's not a strange man in my house, it's just the tv! Unfortunately by the time I realize this the floor and my shorts are all wet!
I'm officially worse than my 4yo! But my bathroom floor is now sparkling clean! And I'll have a load of laundry done by morning!
See. . . that wasn't so bad.

I'm in the bathroom doing my thing (everyone else is in bed, it's late) and I hear a man's voice. The voice scares me to death and I jump up and am doing a little dance in a circle cause I don't know where to run with my pants around my ankles. Then I realize that there's not a strange man in my house, it's just the tv! Unfortunately by the time I realize this the floor and my shorts are all wet!

Can somebody explain to me why I have such a huge gap of space under my siggie? I notice in this thread today, after I changed my siggie, the space is bigger every time I post. Is that just on my end or do you all see it that way too?
Is this where you're hiding the bribes for Ms. Swimming Designer?
Don't have time to catch up! DH is gone:( I'm all alone and life is crazy. Who is scrapper09?
I'm on my new MAC!!!!!!!!! I have only got on safari so haven't tried anything else but I love the mac mini, SO small!!
I'll try to be better about staying in touch, but I less than a month now to get packed and ready to go! Going to be crazy here for a while.
Congrats on the new Mac, Heather; don't forget to breathe!
All packed and ready for the 6am flight. I'm sure there's something I've forgotten. Will try to check in and see how everyone is doing. I'm soooo excited.
Chris-thanks for the info on the zpack. I always wondered why it worked sooooo fast.

Hopefully by the month before the wedding I'll need it taken in even more. I ordered a bathing suit (ick...nervousness) today so I can start swimming, and my sister and I are walking as soon as the weather and my stomach will cooperate!
Congrats Chris on doing the swim! I had faith in you!
Heather, I hope everything starts going a little bit more smoothly for you. I'll be praying and thinking of you.

Good morning gals! The sun is shining which makes for a good day! I've been doing a bit of research this morning. Seems our zoo doesn't open until April 24, but they have botanical gardens and butterfly exhibits. I'm looking forward to that. BUT...the zoo in Syracuse is open year round. I'm hoping that tomorrow I can make my way up there. Cross your fingers for me! I'd love to get some pictures of the cute animals (ok some are not so cute.)
Christy! I forgot to comment last night about your predicament. TOO funny!

So that's my news. I love when it's nice out...makes me want to get out of this house that much more!

Christy, I have a brilliant idea..... get a walker and strap your lappie to the top of it, you know, balancing it on the handles, strapped down to the walker with bungy-cords... then you can just push it along as you type on the lappy. Like a desk on wheels!! Ahhhh.
OK, just lump all of the above together for one big...

Those spiders are mean.
Yikes!!!!! OK, I've not been bitten by either. Don't ever want to see a scorpion, but if it was little enough to not be found, maybe it won't be big enough to lay eggs until it is out of the house! Yech! As for the brown recluse - as bad as they are there is one in Oregon that is worse. I'm having total brain meltdown and can't remember what it is called, but had to have both houses we owned regularly sprayed because of the darn things. They loved or landscaping because there was lots of places to build their nests. And I was never bitten, but had a friend who had suffered twice. Both times on the neck/upper arm where she was really lucky because it could have spread to her brain and killed her really fast.
I was bitten myself by those little red house spiders once. Thing was, the darn thing got stuck between me and my blue jeans and bit my hip a good dozen times or more. Left me with problems walking because a gland in my groin swelled and got all hard from the venom and I suffered for a good 3 months. Dr. figures I will always be more sensitive to bites from even the most harmless spiders now, so the darn things that are really poisonous scare me half to death.
Ah... so glad to be in Alaska where we don't get many spiders (and none that are scarey) and no snakes either!

Very tempting...Would you like to co-sponsor a Fish Fry every month? :D

Yeah, I get to be home today!!! I have been gone everyday this week doing something or other. I haven't been able to keep up. I had book club here last night so that was a good things, it forced me to clean the house. :) So today I'm focusing on packing the stuff that doesn't get used everyday.
I just clean out the office. I can't believe how fast my kids can wreck it. It took me 30 minutes to just clean this little 10x10 room.
I am getting more anxiety daily. The closer it comes the more it comes. Talking to my DH makes me nervous too, because he's there and that means I will be there soon also. I know it will be fine, but this in between stage is crappy!!!!!
Hope you are all doing great!!

Good morning and Happy Thursday to everyone!!!!! This week has gone by fast, huh? So what is everyone doing for Easter this year? I will be cooking at home. Easter is the one holiday meal that I do at my house. The rest we are at my DMIL's house. My DMIL, DBIL, and the girls will be here. Drew is going to "meet the parents" of his GF, so he won't be here this year which I'm sad about, but I guess that's part of the growing up that I've been wanting him to do. We'll have ham, deviled egs, green beans, mashed potatoes, etc. I need to figure out some kind of cake to bake.

Sands - great pics! I was fascinated by that shrimp.
Don't know that I will be able to chat all day. DH is going to have to take care of his car finally. It has sat in the garage not running since like, Thanksgiving. We have to get the tags taken care of (even if we decide to sell it rather than fix it, it has to be tagged). Of course, tagging it means an IM test (wonder what they do if it won't pass, can we sell it to someone else to fix it?) All these silly questions. And of course, still broke!!!!!
Crys - all I asked to do was look! I'm really more into the idea of adult company rather than the baby any way! But of course, looking at such a pretty baby never hurts the eyes!!!!!

So today was a good day. I went and got my new glasses - everything looks smaller, but a lot easier to see. Then I picked my friend up and we went to visit my grandma's grave and to her sisters, then to a couple parks for pictures. I got some good pictures of angels and such and of her kids. :) I'm still nowhere near your guys' talent, but I'll practice! LOL I'm really hoping this keeps up and I get out at least once or twice a week. I feel so much better afterward.

Where did the week go? I can't believe it's Friday already. I got a big order in this week- 120 hats. Bad thing is it's boring doing the same design over and over. Good thing, other than the obvious paycheck, is that it's repetitive enough that I can do other things while they run. So yesterday, I scrapped a lot while my hats sewed. My DET pages are mostly done. I'll probably post today.
Happy Friday friends!

Did you figure out the answer to that question yet? There is a thread about it somewhere. It has something to do with gallery upgrades. You have to change the sorting order at the bottom of the page. They are working on getting the sorting order to stick once you change it.

Did you figure out the answer to that question yet? There is a thread about it somewhere. It has something to do with gallery upgrades. You have to change the sorting order at the bottom of the page. They are working on getting the sorting order to stick once you change it.
I tried that but when I sort it by latest posted it says I only have 14 Lo's in my entire gallery . I did find the thread where they say they are working on it, thanks Mich.

bummer. did you change the settings on all three boxes? Maybe you broke it. I hope you don't get kicked off the site again.

I don't have any "most viewed" in my gallery. Why not?

mine defaults to "viewed" and "descending" in the sorting order at the bottom. So your most viewed will show up first. Mine is my Round one DET entry.

Gees don't joke!!! To suddenly see my gallery reduced from a thousand odd to just 14 images... do you think they are trying to tell me something?

That's weird. . . mine are out of order, but they're all there.
You might want to post in that other thread, cause I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else.

Oh ok, duh! It is defaulting to most viewed. My most viewed is a hailstorm photo I took last summer. 2nd most viewed is my Matthew McConaughey layout! :D

Hey guys. Today was rough. We put our cat, Riley, to sleep this morning. I didn't want him to be alone, so my dad and I stayed in the room with him and both were blubbering messes. My friend Marisa decided to hijack me for the day to take my mind off it, so we went to the Clayground to paint some pottery then out to eat with her kids. While we're out, she got a call from her Dr. She's pregnant (unplanned and not really wanted, though she does want to keep the baby.) So that was unexpected. I had to help her through that, then I get a call from my parents. My dad was so broken up about putting our cat to sleep this morning that my mom got him a present...a new kitten. I have yet to meet the kitty (they're at my sister's introducing him right now) but I'm told I'll love him. My dad decided to name him Patrick (Paddy) because he's an orange calico (or Irish as my dad puts it.) So I lost a member of the family today, but gained a new one. I have no idea how to feel right now! LOL A part of me is upset because no cat can replace Riley, but another part of me is excited to get to love this new little one.
Whew...can you tell I've been on an emotional roller-coaster today? I hope everyone else is doing okay. Sorry to spew, just had to get it off my chest.

Sorry about your kitty Shana. That's really sad.
I've been trying all day to finalize my DET LOs. I'm almost there I think! I really wanted to get them loaded today so I can just enjoy the b-day stuff! I'm ready to start chatting tonight! I'm going to the trivia one at midnight, but I've got to sleep some overnight or I'll be a mess.
Are you guys all planning on joining in?
