If I want to make something to share and download, how do I do that?

so if you want to put it up for download can you send it to them or are they the only ones that design them.

They are the only ones that do the designing, too. :)

DSP really encourages the members to host events, and if you have some free server space you can offer things for downloads. There are several yahoo groups for sharing digital elements too.
But take a look at the calendar, or post a link to a freebie on your ISP. Maybe someday we'll be able to offer member freebies, just not yet, but you're completely free to offer whatever you'd like using your own online space
