Do you have PSP or PSP Studio? Or thinking of purchasing it?

Yes I have it, so too late now if its no good LOL :o - only installed it yesterday and I have never used PSP in any form before - this one looks pretty good for what I need but I was wondering if other PSP tutorials etc were applicable

Not having seen it, I'm sure it'll be great. Try the PSP tutorials, most of them will likely work if the PS/PSE relationship is any indication. I don't think Studio will take off the way PSE did, so you'll likely be "stuck" with PSP tutorials for a long time. However, if you do a lot of them, you'll learn quickly and get much better at adapting them and training your eye to read past the stuff you know you don't have!

Be sure to post any questions here too, we'll do our best to answer. Have fun!

i have PSP studio too & so far, i love it. i haven't done much with the tutorials because i'm still learning where everything is & what it does in the program. plus i've been downloading & unzipping & ATTEMPTING to organize somewhat. BUT....i have noticed that some of the tuts will work with studio too, i just haven't had much chance to do it yet.

i found a studio buddy, lol! :D

Great to hear from you and also thanks to Emma. I really think PSP Studio will be fine - I know it is minus some high end features but I don't think I will miss them. Also as it is priced at only AUD $153.00 - that is about $100.00 cheaper than PSP9 here, it is a lot more affordable. It also comes bundled with the latest Paint Shop Photo Album which has quite a lot of good features also. It also seems to be a lot more user friendly.

I'm new! HI ALL! But I just purchased it and got it and I'm in love with the picture tube tool...That is all I've learned thus far. HAHA!!

Anyone have any suggestions where I can pick up Digital Scrapbooking for Dumbies, because it's gonna take that and more for me to get this.

Hi Camey - no you don't need a dummies book, you just need to do the basic tutorial here at DSP - it's free !!!

You will find that your first LO will take a while but after that you will be flying - it's a good idea to do a few, one after the other, don't worry about the photos just do the layouts and it will all come together real quick :D
