Okay, I have some elements (the preview of them) in my "previews" which shouldn't be there. I know if I delete them they then won't be in the kit.
I would think there is some way around this to remove from the previews. Any help would be appreciated.

There are a number of ways to un-assign a category from an image or group of images...I thought we had this all written up over at Digi Scrap Info but silly me, I can't find it at this moment. So I'll try to get them all written up here.
The first thing you need to do is find all the images with the incorrect category...you can click on the 'previews' category to bring all the thumbnails into your browser pane then hold down the control key as you click on the images you don't want assigned to the previews category. The you can either:
right-click, choose 'set categories' then use the menu to find the category tag you want to remove or use the 'Uncategorize All Selected Items' to clear all tagging from those images
find the 'set categories' button in the toolbar just above the browser pane and do the same options
find the 'set categories' menu item in the edit menu
or go to view|properties to open the properties pane if it's not already open (it normally sits under the categories pane) then use the database tab and use the checkboxes to assign or unassign categories.
I personally choose to do all of my tagging in the properties pane cause I just drop more than I drag anyway...lol! Before you just clear all those tags you may consider creating a sub-category for them under 'previews' and give yourself the option to search your element packs later. Use any of those 'set categories' functions and choose 'new category' then set it up under previews or drag it there if it lands in the wrong spot.
Anyway, HTH!

Gosh, thanks Kristi! I'll give it a try tomorrow and see what happens! I have quite a few elements in my "previews" that I have no idea how they got there. Thought I was doing it the same way all the time but something got messed up! I hate seeing them there so i figured there had to be a way out...the first couple of times I tried I knew I'd never see those again. Well, I did go back and unzip the original kit again...LOL! But what a pain! Let's see if I can do it right tomorrow to fix.
