hopefully this is a simple question! I am just getting started so I am using a lot of 'ploppers' where each item is on its own layer, finally getting the hang of it but wanted to know if there was a way to change the color of text in those, without having to zoom in and flood fill each individual letter?

thanks in advance!

I use pse6, i use the magic wand (set to contigous and click inside each letter) to select the letters- once I have them all highlighted with the marching ants, I switch to a brush to paint it in, to me its' faster than using the bucket tool- but I am sure there are dozens of ways to do it.

A Plopper is usually something that already is colored, and has different papers, embellishments and everything all on one layer.

A Quick Click, or as some people call them, a layered template, uses various solid colored layers in white/greys to build up to your final layout. I LOVE THEM! :)

If you're talking about a QuickClick (QC) then here is the tutorial from the DSP Designers about how to use PSP in one:

If you're talking about changing the color of something that already has texture or pattern to it, then that's a whole different thing.
