Birthday present from DSP help!

I received a birthday present from DSP (a free kit). When I log in to the shop it says approval pending and won't let me order anything. Any help?

I was wondering about this...

I've heard a couple people mention the DSP birthday presents. Is this a new thing, or only for certain members? My birthday was a few weeks ago and I didn't see anything from DSP. (I totally don't want to sound greedy, I'm just curious, plus I love free stuff! :D )

We've been doing it a copule of months now, you should have received something. Email info@digitalscrapbookplace.com and see where it went!

You need to have your birthday in your profile. Otherwise we don't know its your special day! :)

Also, make sure that you have "receive email from administrator" checked- otherwise, you won't be able to get the present. It comes via email.

Thanks for the info! I had my birthday in there but that option was not checked. It's fixed now - guess I'll see what happens next year!
