Oh this is neat - looking forward to the results! I love almost any apple! In fact I am craving apples since we are heading towards fall and plan to go apple picking tomorrow. I believe they are only picking paula reds right now though!! A couple of my favorite 'old fashion apples' are yellow transparent and dutchess! The dutchess make the best applesauce!

And my favourite is Granny Smiths, a green apple, crisp and sweet. Great in apple pies too:)..I'm sure you will do a great job for this assigment Zach, we might all get an A!!!:D:D

and I love granny Smith lollies we used to get in South Africa more :)

I had to vote for Fuji! They are so deilicious in Japan. They wrap them up individually as they grow on the trees. It makes them very expensive but very yummy.
