I'm in the middle of organizing all my digi-kits in ACDSee and wanted to ask what you guys do with your Club Digital files. I organize all my regular kits into folders with the designer's name, and have a folder with all the previews in one place within the designer folder. I currently have the Club Digital kits in their own Club Digital folder, also with previews. I find I don't use the Club Digital kits much this way, since I tend to look more in each designer's preview folder for inspiration. I could stick just the Club Digital kit previews in each designer's preview folder, or tag them in ACDSee as a preview file without physically moving anything. I am curious what works for ya'll, some other way to organize them may make lots more sense to me!!
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I tag the previews in all my kits as Thumbnails. When looking for inspiration I use this tag to see the previews from every kit so it doesn't matter where I place them.
I keep the club digital stuff seperate from the designer's folders

I place the Club Digital Kits in the same folder with all the rest of my kits and then just append the kit name with a designation for club digital:
13_K_MemoriesandOldLace (DSPCD_9-07_VBrumfield)
I also tag the previews but I use those mostly to find kits with particular colors.
I just put the Club Digi stuff in with all my regular kits - if you leave the designer name and number, there's a D in front of the number if it's a part of Club Digital. Hope that makes sense :)

I'm not familiar with the club digital thing but I file kits by designer name except for collaborations which go into a collaborations folder. Since I assign designer names to the Author field, I can still find everything by a particular designer just by clicking on their name in my auto-categories>authors list. That's just how I do things though...keeping a system that works for you and is easy to keep up with is the key. HTH!
