Creating Cartoon Style Picture/layout in DIP

Find picture/pictures you wish to turn into cartoon style layout/comic strip!
Effects/Filters/All Filters
Stamp: Woodcut Fine
Click on advanced settings
Adjust the transparency (for my example i used setting of 20)


To add journaling shape;-
Insert shape - choose shape you wish to add your text to!!!
you can use this technique to create cartoon strips or single layout!

My DIP doesn't have the [WoodCut Fine] feature but it has everything else do I have to download it from somewhere?
