Spotlight Sign-ups

Hi everyone! You all have been doing such fabulous layouts with my products that I want to start featuring them on my blog for my Spotlight. Since I don't want to feature anybody's LO without permission, sign up here if it is ok with you that I post your LO, on my blog. I will send you a PM to let you know you are featured. I do often scrap photos that might include a friend of the family- and in that case I might not want to be featured- or would need to check with the friend.
Do you send out an email once you have someone in mind?

I started this list so I could get the feature up right away and not have to wait for someone to get back to me to say it is ok. So if the person is on this list, I just post it on my blog, then PM him/her and say congrats it is posted, etc. If at that point they said take it down, of course, I would do that. Not sure how you would like to handle that. I won't put your name on the list for now, until you have a chance to decide how you want to handle it. In the past, I have PM'd people who are on not on the list, if I want to feature them, but seems like once I had to pick someone else, cuz we were running out of challenge days and I hadn't heard back.So there you have it. :D Just let me know what you would like to do. :yes:

Thanks for the explanation, I used a photo of friends for the seaside challenge, so it was fresh on my mind as I debated blurring faces (but opted NOT to as they were pretty much obscured in the photo). Most of my friends are pretty laid back about photos, but I always try to ask and one mom was very appreciative and mentioned that they do NOT want their dc's photos online. They adopted from overseas and it was something that came up in the process and her family had decided to be extra cautious. I've always meant to ask her exactly what the issue was, I think, sadly, that since she has twins they are even more 'recognizable' and due to the adoption they can often be targeted. How sad, but it does make me feel the need to be somewhat cautious.
