If you're considering an upgrade to Photoshop CS4 and have a Wacom tablet, check out their deals for an upgrade...go to product registration, then click on Wacom Priviliges. I don't know what the various deals are, but I had PSE3 that I got with my Wacom, then bought PSE5 later. I upgraded for $299 (and tax) and got my download today, and have been having fun with it :)
I looked at stores locally and CS3 in the box on the shelf was over $650, so I'm really happy to have found the deal on CS4 through Wacom and Adobe :)
