Good morning everybody. My Mom wants a Poloaroid with the pogo printer for Christmas. I don't think she has her heart set on the printer and quite honestly I cannot see buying a printer for $100 and have it only print 2X3's, so instead I'm going to purchase one that benefits the family as well as meeting her own needs. I'm looking for one that will print my pages 8x8, is relatively cost efficient, and prints well! I see that many print 4x6 and 5x7 but not 8x10. Does anybody have any suggestions or can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

In the end I went with the HP B8550 Wide Format. I'm very happy with it so far!:)

I highly recommend Epson printers. I have an R1800 and R1900 (wide-format) and also have the Artisan 800 (wireless all in one) and they are all fabulous! I'll never buy any other brand again.

I highly recommend Epson also. I have an old R200 that is still kicking butt - if/when it ever dies, I'm sticking to an Epson replacement.

I have to replace my HP all in one. I used to love HP in the 90's but now . Are the Epson all in ones good too. (I have small space so I need one piece)

Do lasers print photos ( really need laser for my work printing, I print 100 pages at a shot at least once a week) well or ink jet is what is best? Color lasers are expensive too.

We just had this discussion as a team and came to the conclusion that color lasers are not great for layouts. Stick with inkjet.

If you are looking for an all-in-one Artisan 800 is the way to go! It is awesome!

I purchased the HP K8600 and can't figure out how to make my 12x12 pages print correctly on the 13x19" paper.....any help would be appreciated. It keeps cutting off my pages.....
