I would love to wordart set of Chinese characters. It would be nice if the meaning in English could be placed beneath it but wouldn't be 100% necessary as long as the file name had the meaning in it.
I've found a great website with examples of the characters here http://www.chinatownconnection.com/chinese-symbols.html
Some that would be great:
Happiness
Friendship
Love
Family
Kindness
Dream
Life
Music
Dragon
Hi Scrapping4Him :) :) would a "painted" style be ok with you? :)

Thanks Kim!! xx

Oh I just thought of another set of characters... the Chinese Zodiac. I know you already have 2 of the 12 in your other sets and I don't know if you have a "quantity" restriction for these sets. Here's a link to a website that shows all 12 zodiacs on one page: http://www.transname.com/freechinese.html

That just reminded me, New Years is coming in a few week. (For those of us with Vietnamese children/families, it is Tet.) I think it's year of the Ox, but I'd have to look it up.

Kim, I know it's a little off the Chinese theme, but I was wondering if you could do more airbrush doodles like the flower seen in this preview of a kit you did for the BCA Crop in 2006?

The flower is absolutely gorgeous and I'd love a set like this to use on future layouts!
Thanks!

Kim, these are just fantastic! I have all 4 sets :-) Now that I know you're looking for suggestions, I'll be thinking about that. . . of the top of my head: adventure, inspire, achieve, luck

I would really love Bright (as in the sun and the Moon) (Ming) and prosperity (Cheung). I see that the bright you have is different from the one we use but prosperity is the same (in set 4)
as those are the middle names of my children given to them by their grandfather. Actually grandmother, grandfather, mother and father would be good too. Now there may be overlap here. I have sets 3 + 4 on my wish list so I can't remember off the top of my head what was in them.
Oh and the double happiness sign would be great. I might rescrap some of my wedding pictures.

Oh and before I forget the numbers 1-9 would be fun too, especially for doing Mah Jong pages

I second the request for a "numbers" set. Gosh I can't believe I forgot about double happiness - a must have for so many celebrations! Another idea is "the seasons" and maybe with it could be ones with a "nature" theme like... earth, fire, rain, snow, water, wood
cherebus :) if you have specifics or samples, can you let me know :) i have seen that there is potentially more than one symbol for some of these :)

the sign you have for prosperity is the same as the one we use.
this is double happiness we had it on our cake and it was all over the house for the tea ceremony the day before

I would love some more Asian theme kits to go with my Vietnam photos. Lucky Bamboo, orchids, lanterns, incense sticks, chop sticks, stones, Buddhas, etc. In Vietnam the colours are softer, more pastel tones for their silks rather than the reds.

Kim, this is a page I've found useful:
http://chineseculture.about.com/library/extra/character/bls_characters.htm
And you might find this one of particular interest:
http://chineseculture.about.com/library/picks/aatp_luckysymbols.htm
LOL I suspect there are several of us here who would happily send you inspiration photos if you were inclined to make a kit or 20!
