So very sorry for your loss. That must be hard - I hope that all goes well this time. I would be wary about buying from a web site (that wasn't Adobe). I would be extremely doubtful this is a legal copy. If you really cannot afford PSE, perhaps try The Gimp. It is totally free. I have not used it but many people swear by it. In your situation, it may be a good alternative until you can purchase PSE (if you still want to).

Also consider trying to purchase an older version of PSE from eBay or something. When I first started out I couldn't really afford PSE 3 from Adobe, so I purchased an unopened box of PSE 2 off eBay for $20 plus shipping. A quick look there shows that you may be able to get PSE 5 or 6 for around the same price as that questionable download.
Just my opinion, but after reading about version 6 and being a mentor to someone that is using it, I'll stick with PSE 5. Any improvements that may be found in version 6 seem to be over shadowed by the drawbacks it has that 5 does not.
Are you aware that you can download a full version of PSE 7 from Adobe and use it for an entire month for free? If you haven't done that already do that now. Maybe that 30 days is all you need to get you through until you get your tax return and can splurge on PSE 7.
Lastly, my condolence on your lost and my best wishes and hopes on a safe arrival of your little bundle.

I am so sorry for your loss, I have lost a few babies myself, one at 18wks and it is so traumatic. Congrats however on your current pregnancy and well wishes for it to go nice and smooth! I know how worrying it can be when you have previously had a loss.
Downloadable purchases of programs like PSE or MS Software are usually pirated and not legitimate. I agree with one of the other posters, Ebay is a great place to get cheaper software second hand or new. Just make sure the seller has a good feedback rating and it is clear that it is a legitimate copy.
Downloading a free trial from Adobe is a great way to get started in the meantime like one of the others mentioned. Good luck with it, and I hope things get easier for you soon! ;-)

So sorry for your loss and congratulations of your happy news. I don't use PSE but I think the suggestion here about EBay is very useful.
