I have a dual monitors set up. The problem I am running into is that when I change to Full screen PSCS goes onto the 2nd monitor. (it is only the scroll bar) but it is enough to drive me crazy.  Any ideas on how I can fix this would be appreciated.

I too use dual monitors and have this problem. I just ignore the scroll bar in this case and move around the work surface by holding down the space bar, this turns your cursur into a hand and allows you to move around with the mouse instead of needing the scroll bar. I have found this to be much easier. Try It. Hope this helps.
Just click and drag the little bit of screen that's "leaked" onto your other monitor and resize it slightly to get it back onto one screen. I have never noticed this before, but mine does it too! Only when it's on the smaller monitor and spills onto the big one, and I never work like that (have PS on the big monitor). Otherwise I have to resize the screen to spill MORE or the scroll bar is off the side of my big monitor. I didn't even KNOW there was a scroll bar! It's been hanging off this whole time!!!!
The Space Bar/Hand Tool is great, and how I've always gotten around. Also, just hit the h key to get the hand tool to scroll around. Learn the Tool shortcut letters so you can still work in FS mode. Right clicking with a tool brigns up most of its options or menu, too, making FS more functional than just for viewing only
As for monitor settings to avoid this, I have no idea! Curious to know if anyone else does?
