How do you make this??

I'm using Photoshop 7 and I want to make a wavy text box, or maybe you call them rick rack, but I want it more wavy and not pointed. How do you do that?

Use the Wave Filter (Filter>Distort>Wave) The endless ways to do a wave are in there. Try lower numbers for a rick-rack look

to do it on text, first try the Text Warp feature and see if one of those will work. If not, use the Wave filter: it'll ask to rasterize your text. Make a duplicate layer, turn off the eye on one to make it invisible, then rasterize the copy (in case you need to redo something, you won't have to start over completely)
