One Click Resizing Photos for Email

For those of you who have Windows XP - this is a must have for resizing photos for email

Download and install this little program - a option will appear on right click of any photo to resize for emailing without touching the original file - to easy to quick!!!

I know PSE has something similar to this, but I've never used it (I don't email photos, just send the link to the layout on DSP or the layout itself in an html email...I hate opening attachments, LOL!)

Anyone know how to do it in PSE?
