Newbie in NW AR

Greetings All~ I am definitely a newbie to the digital scrapbooking world. I'm 32yrs old and have been scrapping off and on my whole life. I just kind of naturally did it with my photo albumns as a child before I even knew what scrapbooking was. LOL :D

I'm very excited to get into the digital side of things though as it will open up avenues that I haven't been able to explore. I have Corel Photo Shop Pro that I'll be using. I'm completely new to the PSP program so I'm really starting from scratch here. I feel much more confident just knowing that this online community is here for support during this journey though!!! Start with the “Creating Your First Layout” tutorial for your specific program (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/tutorials/tutorials.shtml#first) and you will soon be well away!
Be sure to read Digital Scrapping 101 (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/forum/../university/Scrapping101/basics.shtml) to learn all about scrapping, programs, files, printing, and more!
You'll also find online classes for many programs at Digital Scrapbook University (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/classes.shtml).
If you get stuck, feel free to ask for help, there are always helpful people around to answer questions! :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome. It might be a few weeks before I really get to dive in and start some layouts but I'll definitely post them for feedback once I do. Currently working on setting up a new computer/printer area in my home and I have TONS of furniture to move first. <sigh> I'll get there though and in the meantime I"m doing lots of reading and browsing of the freebies and such. I'm so glad to have found the online community!!!!
