About Digital Imaging Pro

I went to the tutorials to see about making a LO for this month. I found some for Digital Imaging Pro. I have not heard of this program. Will someone tell me what it is, where it is, and how good it is?

I think some of the members here use DIP, but I think it is no longer being made. I may be mistaken; you can google for it to find out.

Sandra this product was produced by Microsoft and has now been discontinued. They were selling out stocks already in the shop and discontinuing support in January 2009.
