Digital Video Question

I'm just getting into digital video, and was wondering if any of all of you knew of any digital video sites or forums (similar to this one). If you can offer any recommendations, advice, or titles of good books, this overwhelmed geek would be truly appreciative.

My dh is really in to digital video he has a pinnacle system not sure which one it might be the DV500 not sure. But they have a forum for all of the different video boards and software that they have. Here is the link. http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/default.asp
