The way a swap works is there is a member who has pictures that need to be scrapped. They are shared in the gallery and you can copy the pictures and make a LO with them and then those LO's are posted and the persons whose pictures were scrapped has a lot of LO's done! This is just a way to provide a random act of kindness for someone who may be having problems scrapping those pictures.
