I am so excited. I got the mail today and received my copy of the Digital Scrapbooking 3 digital Issue!!!! Wooooo hooooo. I have a layout on page 76 and page 110. I love how they put this issue together. So many wonderful explanations on how the layouts were made. The designer spotlights are fantastic. :D :D

Do you think this has made it to the stores yet? I was going to go to Michaels today and look for it, but I have been playing on the computer all day.

This sounds like it is great. Is this a magazine and who is the publisher? Where and when can we get this - from Michael's? I have a couple of digital scrapbook magazines but I don't know which one you are talking about. I would love to be able to get it. :)

I think it will be on the newsstands March 10th. But I ordered through the web site and already received my copy.

I was so anxious to get it I was at Michael's on the 1st of March - no luck. Then I realized people who order or have subscriptions usually get their stuff first. Thanks for letting us know when it should hit the stores. Now I can save myself a trip.

they complimentary ones to those with layouts, still, right? I still haven't received mine, so I think my layout got yanked without notice. She notified me last time when one was held for a later publication, but no word this time.

I will stop salivating to check the mail everyday! Will just have to wait until it's available locally!

Ok, ok silly question. Is the mag worth a subscription? I subscribe to CK but that mag is mainly paper scrap. Just curious, I have been thinking about getting the but I haven't seen it in the stores to flip through.

Simple Scrapbook Magazine puts out a digital issue about 2 times a year. It is considered a special issue so I do not believe it is part of their subscription. But it is a great monthly publication. You can usually find 1 or 2 digital layouts in each normal monthly issue. I get tons of ideas from the paper scrappers. :)

As far as I remember there was nearly a year between issue 1 and issue 2. I'm not sure how long between issue 2 and issue 3, but it can't be quite 6 months because I bought it after I arrived in Pennsylvania the second week in September, and we haven't been here for a full 6 months yet.

It would be nice if it became a regular twice a year or even quarterly publication. I remember with issue 1 how surprised I was that I wasn't the only person in the world who did digital scraping.

I just got my copy of it today and it is the best digital issue by far! The layouts are superb! I would definitely pick up a copy. You are sure to be inspired!

I just got a copy today from Barnes & Noble - CONGRATS to everyone who was published - it's full of beautiful & inspiring layouts! I want to scraplift all of them! :D

Yes, my local bookstore had it! We have a Hastings in town, and a Barnes & Noble 50 minutes away, so I took a chance that the Hastings would have it and they did! It saved me a trip and some money, since while I'm in the 'big city' I have to do other shopping too! :D Now I have to get something cold to drink, put my feet up, and READ!
