Oh, my!!!!!!!!! Here I was thinking 365 is just taking photos - but leave it to the designers to blow me away with this! The organizer in my already snagged quite a few of the products in 365 (snagging the ones I don't yet have!), but I never EVER put all of this together in my mind. It feels like one of those "AHA!!!!!!...oh, yeah, duh." moments.

I'm seeing those quick clicks not only working for a week, but also just to scrap the day at times.

good idea! i just used my camera phone for a few this morning. but i always use my big one, just grab it and go take a pic, i don't carry it around with me. a little camera wouid be nice for that!

I KNOW that if I tried to commit to one a day I would fail, there is just too much going on in my life at the moment and I would miss a day and then give up.
But I dont think it needs to be everyday, make it work for you and what you feel you can happily commit to and enjoy doing, it's meant to be fun after all, not stressful! :yes:
I am making myself a goal to scrap one Project 365 layout a week, whether that contains photos and journaling of the whole week, or just one day doesn't matter, what does matter is that I know I can do ONE a week, and after a year an album full of 'one day a week' layouts will be wonderful to look back on.
So decide how it will work for you, whether its one everday, every week or every month is not important, what is is that it's YOURS! :tup:

How true Pam! I can't wait to get home to high speed internet tomorrow so I can check out all the new Project 365 products in the store. Dialup takes too long for the graphics to load. I would like to do a monthly page with photos and events that happened during the month!

I am so excited! lol!
I have stacks of photos from our summer holiday this year, but haven't managed to start an album of them, I think part of what was stopping me was that there are so many I'd want to include, it would take weeks to scrap them all, and there are so many stories and details to add.
BUT now a few hours later its almost complete!! I used one of the Project 365 double page quick clicks, twice over, and a double page of journaling. All the photos, all the stories, all the memories are there in 6 pages!
Here are the first 2 that are complete, I hope to finish the other 2 and the journaling over the weekend. :)

Been a rough start of the year but things are looking up for me now. I bought about 11 new kits to get going on these pages. I am so excited about Project 365 as I know this will help me get my family an album at the year end that shows each month and all that we did (or didn't do)! I struggle to stay on task and just scrap as the notion hits - now I can focus on a month at a time. Woohoo! Then my kids can each quickly have a copy of each year for themselves if they want it. I am trying to keep up- taking a photo a day, posting to Flickr, but layouts seem to take me a while. I love Laurens Instant Album Plus- it helps alot timewise.

I wish we had some ploppers (there I said it) to help me through the weeks when I am short of time. I already bought Meryls Little Moments plopper, and Nicoles Totally week plopper- but would love some more ploppers to add to the mix, or another instant album. I am trying to have a cohesive feel to it, but want to mix it up a little bit by changing the template/plopper/instant album each week or month.

How is everyone else doing their pages, are you going to use one template etc or mix it up?

Well Sherry I did make a second instant album plus ( which is in the store now ) and I did intend to use it - planning on making a new one to use each month but when it came to using it - I just seem hooked on the original one and I actually havent used the new one at all yet - maybe in May - we will see - but I do plan to make another instant album in the 10 days if i get the time before I have to leave for the Aussie crop. - there are of course lots and lots of ploppers in the store that would work for P365 - and heaps of quick clicks that would work too - have you checked out the entire p365 category in the store http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=229

Gee, I didn't realize project 365 had its own section in the store- thanks for pointing that out- it will be easier for me to find appropriate items.

I have purchased quite a few quick clicks - and do use your instant album plus 2 (what a great bonus that was) and your Day to remember instant album album- but since you posted your Shutterfly albums way back when, I print all my layouts in Shutterfly books and prefer two page spreads. Sometimes the quick clicks dont look right (to my eye) when I start flipping and moving them to try to make a 2 pager.

For me, the ploppers and instant albums are the time savers so I can keep up.
Time being at a premium, I like to have a few ploppers in the wings in case I feel like I am falling behind. I purchased the two ploppers I saw that were geared for this challenge, but will go back and scroll the list to see if I have missed anything. The other ploppers and instant albums (for me) dont have enough photo spaces, only one or two on ploppers and seldom 7 on the instant albums.

I am glad to hear about the soon to arrive instant album, they are close enough to a plopper for me, and will allow me to "section" if you will, the weeks or months in my books.

Hi 365'ers! I thought I'd check in and confess that my P365 kinda fell apart for a couple of months. I did good through the end of July, but haven't done August and Sept. I took hundreds of pictures, just not on a daily basis. But today being the first of the month, and Get Organized week, I thought I would try to get back in the habit. (I figured I would be more likely to work at it if I wrote it down) So, how is everyone else doing on their P365?

Oh I don't know what happened to me on 9 on the 9th. Fell off the wagon back in March I think! Then had a bad crash with my laptop wiping 2 yes I said 2 external hard drives. I'll be taking them to the repair shop this week to see if anything can be recovered. We are talking 10 years of stuff! OMG!
So I'm excited now to start again, fresh with Project 365! Thanks for being here DSP!
Oh btw, I purchased the WACOM Craft today and am so looking forward to my mailbox tee hee!
