How do you make those pictures that go next to your name and add other information? Plus how do you create a signature line?
I really like some of the creative things I have seen in these! Plus if I ever want to play on Casual Friday - but then nobody would have believed that DIY scrapbooking was my favorite TV show! LOL
When in the forums, as you are now, click on Quick Links. Click Edit Avatar to add a little photo. It must be max 125x125 pixels, which you'll edit in your graphics program. Fast and easy!
In PS, To make an animated one, make a layered image, one layer for each frame of the image. type Ctrl-Shift-M while in Photoshop and it will open Image Ready. Click Window>Animate and the palette will pop up. Click the eye in the Layers palette so only the layer you want is visible in each frame.
In the Help menu in Image Ready look up animate and it's very clear to see how to do it. Very easy.
For the signature, in Quick Links use Edit Signature. All these options and more are also available in User CP.
Have fun!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong - I edit my avatar on Casula Friday quite fine, but it shows up only in the form, the "normal' one stays next to gallery posts - what am I missing?
I thought there was a place for tutorials on the site features - but can't find?
thanks, Meryl
