Week 1 – May 4 to May 10 - Lucky Dip

Special bonus challenge week – in other words I’m nominating one of my products for you to use or if you don’t want to get the bonus you can use any DSP product.
The nominated product to use this week is the Truly Madly Deeply Kit (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_18&products_id=9812) - scroll down for instructions.
Here is the 1st instalment of the free Kit to win when you enter all 4 weekly Lucky Dip challenges using the nominated products.

This week’s random theme is: Helter Skelter…A New Theme Challenge
Using these items/prompts you are to create a layout in a Black and White colour (monochromatic) style, you are allowed to spot colour 1 item or part of an item (not a background), any colour.
1 Black and White photo (only 1)
1 Frame (can be created from a background)
The Black Arrow from the nominated kit (only the black so you will need to crop the red arrow out)
2 x background papers from the nominated kit - The Black Floral Swirls and the Grey Dotted (no others from the kit but you can use more backgrounds from other products (DSP or mine).
You can use any other items (DSP or mine) to create your LO bearing in mind the theme of this challenge is B & W with 1 spot coloured item.
To get the free kit or part of, you MUST USE ALL of the nominated items as listed above, i.e. the black arrow and the 2 backgrounds. You may however use any other DSP items to complete you B & W LO. You can cut, crop, blend and re-colour all/any of the items to fit with this monochromatic theme.
If you don’t want the free kit you can use ANY DSP kit/elements, freebies or from your current stash (must only be DSP products)
Upload your LO to Erica’s Lucky Dips Gallery or if it’s doing extra duty somewhere else I will need a link to your LO in this forum.

Some really simple rules:
Use my nominated products if wanting the bonus or only DSP products if not
NO - Ploppers and QC’s for this weeks challenge
Journaling or themed title would be nice but you don’t have to
Your LO can do double/triple duty as long as you put a link in this forum, especially if you intend to do all four challenges. How will I know to include you in the draw otherwise
Please comment generously on other member’s layouts in this challenge. I know I don’t really need to ask you that because you’re all so good at it anyway.
