I am trying to make a slide show with lots of photographs, I am trying to add music with it........I have changed the music file to a 'wave' is that the best format or is MP3........the whole song is the same size in each format......which is the best to use, to be played on someone else's DVD/CD player.
I have adobe Photoshop Album 2........also.......Nero 6..........sony/dvd/cd/writer
I have saved photo's CD before LOL haven't we all.
Anyway this time it is different as I want to add the music, which must run at the same time as the photo's...........wish I could add more that one song.

anyone has any suggestions on this I would be most grateful, as it is frustrating me........

Are you making the slide show with PS Album? or another program? I think when I made my slideshow with PSE (that has the album built in) it was a .wav file. I was able to add more than one song - don't know if that is only with the newer versions or not.

Okay I am back again.......My Photoshop Album 2 is quite new, so it should be quite up to date. I actually want this to play on a TV.....in on DVD player.
Add a voice, and some music......any more ideas out there???

I know with PSE 3.0 you can do that with the orginizer feature. Or you can try a program that I think is called Slideshow. Its by the same people that did the player called Jukebox... I think. When I downloaded it a long time ago it was free.... I don't remember the name of the program. But I just did a search under slideshow player and there were a bunch of free or low cost programs that will let you do a slide show with music. Have fun!

I noticed that you mentioned you have Nero 6, do you also have NeroVision? it is included with the Nero Ultra version. Anyway if you do you can create slideshows in there as well. I personally have done serveral slide shows but I purchased a little diddy called MySlideShow it was about $25 and it allows you to create a good basic slide show with as many songs as you would like and several transitions etc, really like the program. But I just thought of something I don't think it has a DVD option just VCD and SVCD. Anyway I create the mpg file in MySlideShow and then add it to Nero and you can get a close to movie feel. Just thought I would through out some other ideas.

But you can create the entire show in NeroVision added several songs etc...

Wow, love that link...gotta spend some time there! The members here are SUCH a wealth of info!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Avril, I use Memories on TV which allows for audio files to be added. If you can't get it to work via the programs suggested her, you might give it a try. http://www.picturetotv.com
